A Thank You to the OTHER

Beloved OTHER (Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Friend, Enemy, Lover):

We dreamt a billion dreams and built a billion lives.  We danced, we fought, we made love, we explored, we expanded and contracted and expanded again.   I became the worst in you and the best, and you the worst in me and my best. We harmed each other and the world. We healed each other and the world. We played and sang and wrote the stories of lifetimes on the waves of time and space and unfolded our divinity in worlds vast and different.  

And here we are now,  playing again- oh how I love to dance with thee- in the space of uncertainty or clarity- for me it matters not where we may be, so long as we are there- TOGETHER.  To you I extend my hand in gratitude, and thank you for being everything you are!  For wearing masks of beauty and ugliness with the grace of the Divine- for showing me the totality of my minute self and my magnificent self- for reminding me of my weakness and my strength, for revealing to me the TRUTH of whom I AM. You are my Blessing, no matter what clothes or face you wear, you teach me it all, and allow me to teach it all to you.  Thank You- for Breathing, for Being, for Believing in your greatness and mine! Thank you for showing up and playing out whatever emotions beg to be unearthed and set free from within you and me!  Thank you for floating through the thoughts that flood the space, longing to find a place to be seen, known and expressed.  Thank you for acting in all the ways we are/were meant to act.  Thank you for being open to exploring the spaces in between me and you and all the worlds that are the playgrounds of the Divine.  My heart fills with love for you and an overwhelming gratitude for all our chances (past, present and future) to play together!
