Life is LOVE, no matter how it looks. 

Until you can look at all of life and love it all, you'll only be living half of it.

The Shift of December 21st, 2012 and Beyond

Perhaps you heard the Mayan Calendar ends soon, and maybe you are worried that that means that the world is ending.  Well it's true, but not the way you may think.  The old world is ending, so that a new one may take its place.  The old world we based on duality, competition, scarcity, lack and fear, is dissolving and evolving into its TRUTH, a world of unity, love, compassion, sharing, cooperation, creative self-expression, and honoring the sacred in all.  It won't be instantaneous, with all change, the shift is gradual, with moments of rapid transformation, and occasional growing pains, but the end result is worth all the effort contributed.   During this time of change, please keep breathing and take the time to connect daily to YOUR heart center, move that body, bring in the joy and focus on the LOVE, regardless of what you see.

As the shift happens, more light will be flooding the field, like a giant spot light, it will make all the dirt and grime more apparent.  Imagine a bar filled with drunk people all night, dancing, having fun, getting into fights, spilling drinks, throwing up, making a big 'ole mess.  With the lights off or turned down low, you can't really see what the bar looks like.  But at the end of the night when the lights go on, all that mess is easily seen.
Well folks, it's the end of the night and the lights are starting to get turned on.  Your choice and job as the shift comes in, is to see the mess in you and around you AS YOU; it is Life reflecting back to you all you contain within, some of which is pretty and some of which is not so pretty-- it does not matter, OWN, ACCEPT AND LOVE it ALL!!!

The ONLY way to clear the energy is to transmute it (changing it from one thing to another).
You see, energy that was created can never be destroyed; what exists as one thing must always exist, but it doesn't necessarily have to exist as what it was before or what it is now.  That is where you, Glorious Powerful You come in, you take what you see expressing in you, through you, around you, directed at you, etc., and you accept it as you.  I don't care if you are a woman and it is some man you never met before treating you or acting this way in front of you, or if you read or see it somewhere, we are all one, there are no separations (even though there are individuals), and any challenger/enemy external is because of the challenger/enemy internal.  Life is the mirror and it shows us us.  If we experience something directly or indirectly, it is because some aspect of us resonates with that energy, like a magnet it is drawn to us, or we to it, either through like attracts like or opposites attract.  The sooner you realize this and stop playing the It's Them, Not Me, the Judgment, and the Resistance Games, the sooner you'll stop playing the powerless victim, and make it possible for the energy and experiences to shift.  

Understand, within Duality the energies of love and fear exist to set up certain conditions so our Souls could experience whatever they chose to.  We are in the process of moving from duality to unity, releasing all that is not love from the fields.  As you are part of the whole, you have your threads within that make up all you could possibly experience, both in your personal life and your experiences with the larger world and nature.  Each being is to use their experiences to become conscious of the energy within them that that experience represents and reflects back to them (feelings, thoughts, beliefs, past experiences, etc.).  You then take the thread in you that allowed that experience to form, and you pull it back into your center, owning whatever within you that gave rise to that experience, circumstance or condition, loving, accepting, forgiving and expressing gratitude for all it showed you and allowed your Soul to experience and express.   In doing this, you practice being the love you are towards all you are and all you see, taking that energy which can't be destroyed, currently expressing in the shadow, and transform it by transmuting it, in effect you return it to love.  Remember you get whatever energy you go into an experience with, so if you go in with judgment and resistance, you get more back, but if you go in with love, then you create more love.  The more of us that do this in connection and relation to difficult, challenging, shadow experiences and energies, the less threads these experiences and energies will have to support their form and existence, and poof! our world is changed.   Gandhi said, "Be the change you want to see in the world."  What this means, is if you want the world to change, you must start with yourself, as the world is but a piece of you, and you a piece of it, with both reflecting the other.  To you, the world is a mirror.  A mirror reflects your image back to you, so to try to change the mirror to change your image is a waste of time, you must change you to change the reflection you see.  

As America reels from its most recent expression of violence and trauma, keep in mind the energy that keeps expressing through the various channels is the energy that we ALL created, and it will keep bouncing from one channel to another, until we the creators accept responsibility for the creation.  Which means that you see the experience, accept it as it is, release judgment of it and the others involved, let go of resisting it, hating it, fearing it, condemning it, etc., and just LOVE it, accepting responsibility for whatever within you created it, owning the energy.  Heal the pain and wounds in you, the world and all, with the power within you, your consciousness, your essence, your love and compassion.
Also keep in mind, that for energy to express it needs channels to move through, and there needs to be a channel acting/giving and channels receiving the energy.  There is no experience without one and the other.  Even though it may look like he did this or she did that to him or her, they are two sides of the same coin, and both are important and serve the experience and the one Energy.  Stop judging one side as good and the other as bad.  All that does is to keep the energy separate, and your judging is you energetically pushing against the energy, fighting it, which because energy can only do what you do, forces the energy to push against and fight you.  No side wins, even though one may temporarily overcome the other, the push-pull will continue until the energy is transmuted by acceptance, forgiveness, gratitude and love.
With violence and tragedy, it doesn't mean you condone the behavior, or that you don't have compassion and empathy for the suffering, but instead of directing it at one side, you direct it at ALL.  This may seem wrong to you, "How can I love the killer?", you ask.  But until you accept all of the energies expressing, within you and as you, forgiving them and yourself, or the aspect of your self that holds that energy (because we contain ALL energies within us), loving and being grateful for how that energy served your Soul over all Your Experiences -- you got to feel what it felt like to be those things or be affected by those things. To the ego, experiences may be seen as good or bad, but to the Soul, experience is king, and it doesn't matter what it is, it is the chance to play with, express, explore and create a multitude of energy experiences from which to learn, grow, evolve and BE!

So see all the human experiences presenting themselves to you, and bring your Higher Soul (LOVE) to them transforming the energy and experiences.
Let us start healing all the shadows within (fear, anger, sorrow, judgment, blame, shame, guilt, resentment, low-worth, etc.), and start creating life from the love we are instead.  For in TRUTH, we are only LOVE, and LOVE is all there is.  See the shadow for the illusion it is, and like Peter Pan, merge with it to become the whole Being you always were.

Ascension 2012

 

“We are on the verge of a grand Awakening. For some of us

 it's been going on for a long time. For others, this massive

influx of light will make it more palpable. We're tuning our

frequency higher. Becoming more aware of the unseen and

the true workings of 'reality'. Ascension is the process by

which we are elevated in vibration a little at a time, until we're

vibrating to the resonance of unconditional love. It's a gradual

process, not a quantum leap. Perhaps not much will immediately

change. It is more a matter of how we all feel as individuals and

the changes within. As we elevate our vibration, fear-based

patterns and beliefs fall away making room for more joy, peace,

truth and self-expression.

The Ascension portals of 12-12-12 and 12-21-12 open us up to

who we really are, our true selves. Our ascension is the key to

return us to wholeness ~It's our Homecoming. A reunion

with the Self.

We're going through a DNA upgrade. Basically this vibrational

upgrade is for us to step into our soul's truth, fulfill our mission

and understand our Divine Blueprint. This is not something to

be feared, but to celebrate and get excited about. We chose to

be here at this most auspicious time on planet Earth! We are here

to learn to master the present moment, to rise above duality and

see the interconnectedness of everything. Liberation and Freedom

await! Look ahead with uncurbed enthusiasm. Your enthusiasm

directly affects the strength of your intent, raising your frequency

towards the spiritual dimensions.

You will be in the right place at the right time. You will always

know what to do regardless of what is happening around you.

This state of uncertainty is a part of rising consciousness and

the massive changes that are happening on our planet. It forces

us to have faith in Source and to acknowledge that we will be

looked after and cared for no matter what. We are being prepared.

We are graduating from the University of Duality, and embarking

on the adventure we were destined to fulfill.

The illusion is approaching its moment of disintegration, and when

it is gone it will not be missed. It has served a purpose for humanity,

but that purpose was unreal - to experience separation from Source

and from each other. Ascension is the opportunity to return to Oneness.

To fall in love.... permanently.

Love is the key to everything and you will be God's expression of

it as incarnate Beings. Become like a baby, both humble and open.

It is in the state of childlike openness that we can be filled with the

living light of Truth.

We are entering a world of pure potential with the opportunity to

create a new paradigm. Since this movement has no history and

no tradition, we are creating them now. We are, in essence, building

a new consensus reality, a new mainstream consciousness that

ultimately all people will adopt. As we do this, we are seeking ways

of aligning the movement to the frequencies of the planet. This is a

transformation we're going through with the Earth. Ground and connect

with her core. Visualize health and healing for her and all living things.

The images you hold in your mind at this time are extremely important

for progress. The vortex, the Source, is calling you home. Soften your

 resistance. Move yourself into allowing the magic to unfold, and

Eternal Divine Love to envelope you in its blissful communion.

This is a pathway of transcendence ~ Transcending that which no

longer serves us, connecting with our star families and getting

anchored in the grid of Divine Love, while making Forgiveness,

compassion and unconditional love our way of life.

It's a time of choice, a crossroads. Will we continue to live for and

exalt the self, thus binding ourselves to the illusion of separation

and duality? Or do we choose to move on to the new world and it's

lessons by surrendering ourselves in service to divine will and

awakening to our Oneness and equality with all?

A world is ending. A world of destructive greed and blinding materialism

is dying so that the truth can be born. This is a new beginning ~ a new

structure must be born in order to replace the broken systems of almost

every infrastructure on the planet. 2013 will be fresh, allowing us to see

who we are becoming rather than who we used to be, with our limited

patterns and possibilities.

Whether or not this day holds inherent power......We are making it so

with our collective consciousness. The universe is made of

consciousness! It is a projection of our Mind. So lets make it glorious.

Let’s re-grow the garden and dance in it! Let’s be in Love again ~ with

all of us. There is only One of us.

Picture yourselves as beautiful flowers and allow the flood of light and

love to open you and bless your every cell. You are loved beyond your

wildest imagination.

It is said that clarity in the illusion is like swimming underwater in a muddy

pool. Clarity of great intensity is about to envelope you.

Finding the Good in the Bad Times

If you can't find the gratitude & good in this moment now, even though you may be crying, and this moment may suck, what hope have you to find it in the future? 
We are never given more than we can handle. 
Our Souls designed the adventure & the maze, & our Souls KNOW the way out.
When the heart hurts & the mind is pained with worry, 
Stop, Sit down, BREATHE Deeply into the belly & GO WITHIN & KNOW, 
this moment too shall pass. 
The past has brought you to today & the present shall carry you into the future.  
All the views you view are meant to show you YOU!! 
Take them all in, the good and the bad, the beauty and the ugliness, 
learning the wisdom and lessons they whisper to your soul; 
love them completely, with no judgment, and allow them to make you whole. 
As you bring the pain to the present, and decide where you want to go from where you happen to be? 
Know the choice is yours & how you choose to look at & use the gifts you've been given!
Perhaps the gift is that you are here, able to transform these hurt and wounded pieces of yourself now.  You see, if the body gets cut, it has the power to heal itself, as long as life flows through it, the heart pumping the blood, the nutrients rushing to piece the self together again. 

Pain is but a road that we are meant to travel on occasionally,
it leads to countless destinations for us to explore and adventure through, 
all eventually leading us home to the Heart.  That you are even on the path means that you are here- and that is something to be grateful for. 
Because from here you can get to where you want to go. 
So know, when the path is dark and cold, put your hand on your heart and ask Love to light the way.  
And keep breathing for another day. 
There is greatness within you, give thanks for that greatness and ask it to transform your pain into pleasure, to provide you the understanding and the purpose of the struggle, and to help you see and easily create whatever beauty is meant for you.

From Our Dance With Venus To Our Threesome With Mars & Pluto, As Saturn Kisses Libra Goodbye And Dives Deep Into Scorpio

Saturn ends its tour of Libra this Friday October 5th, where we all got cozy and intimate with Venus the Goddess of Love and Beauty, as we delved deeply into our ideas of Partnership.  Now we get to apply all we discovered about partnerships since October 2009: how we want to partner, and perhaps who we want to partner with, or what kind of partners we would like, as well as the partnership with Self.  
We are all comprised of four bodies: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.
When an individual is in harmony and total union, all of these bodies operate in a unified manner, with each one's energy being directed towards a common goal and intention.  
Part of our evolution in the Human Space is to become aware of the individual bodies, complete with all their personal desires, wishes, goals, strengths and weaknesses, beliefs, thoughts and emotional energies vibrating from the fear space (separation) instead of Love (union).  Within Duality's field, fear is that energy which separates, while Love unifies, bridges and is the balancing force.  It is through love and the heart that we return to center, to TRUTH.  Love clears judgment and all shadow emotions and energies, it transmutes all lower vibrations, returning them to their original essence.  

Through our relationship with self and others, we are able to evolve and expand.  As we begin to unify ourselves through loving and accepting all the various parts of us(the parts we like and the parts we don't), we can then do this with and towards others, as we partner with them co-creating our experiences and world together.  As we become more unified and harmonious within, seeking that which serves the greater good for us and all, we find our external life reflecting that sense of self.  When challenges arise they offer the opportunity to own the energy expressed in the challenging experience and other, increasing self awareness, which we can then use to successfully navigate through and out of the difficult spots, using the power of LOVE and acceptance.

Saturn in Libra is concerned about justice and fairness in relationships, averse to lowbrow behavior, because Libra is all about beauty, harmony and balance in partnerships and life. The shadow of Libra wants everything to look beautiful, to be neat and clean.  
But sometimes life doesn't come in neat, pretty packages; sometimes life is messy.  Everyone goes to the bathroom, and if they don't, well then there is an even bigger mess going on inside them.  It is the crap that fertilizes the soil of our experience, making life richer and more diverse.  Sure it may stink for a bit, but when added to the soil of our life, what grows in us and from it, is much stronger, fuller and more beneficial.    

Scorpio knows the ugly side of life, it is a sign familiar with the darker aspects of the human mental-emotional experience; comfortable with intense, powerful, ambitious energies, it leans towards the secretive,and can be fearful of being exposed (think the scorpion that hides in the dark afraid of the light); it is committed to learning and becoming adept at wielding both dark and light power.

As Saturn enters Scorpio the Realm of The Emotional Shadowlands, we get to have some passionate trysts and tumultuous dances with Mars, The God of War, and Pluto, The Lord of the Underworld, both of whom co-rule Scorpio.  While Venus's energy was more about love and harmony, these Boys hold a great deal of anger and aggression.  Mars is all about action and Pluto is known as the transformer.

Pluto rules change, transformation, death of the old (way of life, career, partnerships, and life style) depending on where it is placed in the Chart. When a situation, partnership, belief system, place of residence etc. is no longer needed Pluto can, and will, transform the situation.

Unlike Uranus which comes in suddenly and unexpectedly and with a bang, Pluto works very subtlety and regardless of where the changes take place in our charts, the changes will ultimately affect the very roots of our being.

When a situation exists in a person’s life that is impeding their personal and spiritual growth, and is no longer needed, transiting Pluto to that area, can and will, transform the situation.

Sometimes these changes are welcomed and sometimes they are not. What we need to remember is wherever Pluto transits take place in our Astrological Charts is where, The Universe is calling for us to let go and be open to the next growth period in our lives. For many this is not an easy task. We are creatures of habit and change does not come easy. Evolution in illumination and attunement to the Cosmic Consciousness only comes through painful experiences.

We need to recognize however, that the positive side of Pluto is symbolized by Minerva: the Goddess of Wisdom. Once there is a realization of the need to let the transformation take place, then the themes of death, resurrection and rebirth take place and Pluto becomes the Phoenix rising from the ashes and a new evolutionary journey begins for the Soul. 


Mars:

Mars is the planet of energy, action, and desire; it rules our base instincts for aggression, anger, and survival, our sexuality and sexual energy; it also governs weapons, accidents and surgery.; it is passionate, impulsive, driven, determined, disciplined, ambitious and competitive; the energy is extremely powerful and can be brutally violent, but is quite useful if channeled properly.

Saturn our Dance Master/Taskmaster is the Father of Pluto and Grandfather of Mars. His Boys don't exactly have the warmest feelings towards Papa Saturn.  Saturn ate Pluto, and with Mars, it is a case of hating Daddy (Jupiter-Zeus) too, and being mad at Grandaddy for making Daddy the way he was.  
So we get to play with anger and aggression and how we deal with and express these energies within ourselves and the collective world.  We get to dive deep into the dark, scary, fierce, sexual, transformative, healing energy of Scorpio -Yay! 
We get to take a wild ride with the energy as it evolves from the Scorpion (that creature that will lash out/sting/destroy the other and the self with its anger, aggression and fear) to the Eagle (who is able to fly between the higher and lower emotional realms), finally emerging as the Phoenix (that mythical creature who is purified in the fires, reemerging from the ashes, born anew!), dealing with issues of anger, death, dying, rebirth, sex, taxes and other people's money- fun, fun, fun! 

Everyone will be playing with these scorpionic energies and exchanges, and people who have not worked out their stuff will be projecting their shadow all over the place. 
The scorpio shadow can be violent, destructive, competitive, stubborn, sneaky, secretive and manipulative, as it gets into your stuff, to figure it out.  Scorpio is about intense energy and emotions and deep transformation.  It loves to examine the underlying workings, the mysteries, the WHY behind human behavior.  It will take us through our closets where we get to exhume our skeletons, beginning the process of finally putting them to rest.  As we embrace, understand and integrate all the energy (beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and experiences) they represent, taking them into our being where they are healed and transmuted with out heart's love, we emerge strengthened, more whole, less fragmented.  We get to dive in and explore our issues of anger, aggression, rage, violence, abuse, doubt, decay, disease, bully energy, anger towards and issues with the Father and Grandfather and the Masculine God, anger and disgust towards the seedy side of government, corporations and business operations and practices.  And we also get to explore sex, sexuality, eroticism, taboo, sensuality, scandals, issues of abuse and misuse of this power, healing wounds and issues of worth and respect and the Prostitute Archetype in us all, as we learn to balance, value and honor the sexual power within (the creative fire force), clearing erroneous shadow beliefs and judgments of self and others and how they live their private and personal lives.  We get to see how the deterioration and decay of the divine within duality, created devastation, destruction and death, and how it turned the sacred to the shameful, as the shadow energy plundered the purity of our divine essence.  

Keep in mind, there is no judgment here- all energy serves the One.  The good and the bad exists for all to explore the self through All That Is, and All That Is Not, to increase the diversity and scope of potential experiences, which offer one the opportunity at greater self-mastery and realization; they are all varying parameters of this video game of Life that our Souls get to choose to explore and experience.  The goal is to become aware of all the energies we contain within, to bring to light that which is hidden, repressed, denied or resisted. And it's only when we do this, that is, accept it all as part of us, understanding how it served us and what it teaches us, choosing to love and release it from its energetic pattern of expressing, returning it to its essence of love and light, that we are free to be more- 
more love, more light, more joy.  

As Saturn works with Mars and Pluto, He will be triggering and activating the issues each deal with, as they journey through the various signs throughout the three year adventure, with each sign adding its own flavor and perspective, bringing up its own issues and energies for us all to work through.  
It's time to find our courage and face the scary, ugly side of the shadow, to own it, to let the LOVE we are transmute and lift it from the darkness to its center in the sun, purified by the fire within our hearts, as we begin to return all that is SCARED and WOUNDED to its SACRED and WONDERFUL TRUTH.  

It is time to Go DEEP and get CONSCIOUS!!!  Time to move forward, there is no going back!!!      Remember when the living gets tough and the fire of the anger begins to rise,

take a deep breath into your belly, ground into the planet, open your heart and mind, hold the intention for easy resolution and healthy progress, and deal with all that comes up within self and the experience (the other is a mirror for you, as you are for them).  Use each moment as an opportunity to increase your self awareness, owning all the shadow and light parts of self, as you tap into the amazing power you contain within, to co-create the life of your heart's desire.  Thanks for being you and good luck in all you encounter on this three year adventure!  All my love, Jamie 

Good Heart, Bad Hurt.

Last week I saw a sign that said: Life sucks when you have a good heart and love too much.  

Instantly my head started disproving the silly sign, although my heart's wisdom understood with compassion what the person was trying to communicate.  
A 'good heart' infers that one could have a 'bad heart' - I would say the true heart is only love, which is only good, and one can have an open heart or one that is closed, blocked or clogged with shadow emotions and pain- attempting to keep them from feeling vulnerable and unsafe, but severely limiting their experience of JOY in life.  

If life sucks when you have a good heart, it is worse when your heart-space is filled with rotten energy, for the weight of the pain that one holds whose heart is closed and heavy with shadow emotions (fear, sorrow, anger, judgment, jealousy, envy, etc.), is too much to carry, and the burden of holding onto all that pain, too much to endure; it causes one to behave in ways which show how wounded they are.  

The ONLY way to heal wounds is through tender love and care, an awareness and acceptance of the wounded energy within self and the other, followed by taking ownership over that energy- seeing it as part of you instead of OUTSIDE of you, because you can't decide what to do with something that you don't own!  
And once you have accepted it, unconditionally loving it, forgiven the energy, self and the other, because you decided your health and happiness were more important than holding onto that anger, fear, sorrow, judgment, etc., then you can CHOOSE to learn its lesson and release it all.   
By doing this it will be integrated into your being, one less shadow aspect that exists hidden within you, one less monster goblin causing you heartache and pain- all so that you can finally SEE it and love it.  Because even our monster goblins serve us, our light and our shadow exist to help us see all that we contain within that we are not aware of.  
     And it is through our Awareness that we are Freed!

As to too much love, there is never too much love, for it is a healing energy. The pain arises when we attach expectation and our happiness to how others act or do not act.  
For when we place our happiness in the hands of others, we risk them dropping it.   It is OUR happiness and so it is OUR responsibility to maintain it.   By basing it on another person's actions, we put ourself in a dangerous spot, for we CANNOT control others, nor should we try to, it's futile!   When we try to limit another and their expression, with it comes their resentment and hostility, whether it is apparent or hidden; this shadow energy grows and festers in the space, and is highly destructive to the relationship.

If one truly LOVED too much, they would LOVE it all (the pain and the pleasure), and when one stops resisting, judging or living in fear, afraid of mistreatment, one would cease to draw those kinds of experiences into their life, and they would not trigger those energies within another.   And if they did, they would use that moment to express the love they are, using the wisdom of love to help one more part of themselves or others to truly heal.    
Anytime we experience something in our life, whether it is happening around us, to us, through us/because of us, it is because of some similar energy WITHIN US! 
We are all mirrors to each other, reflecting back all the energies we contain that we are not conscious of (that we cannot see and own as our own).
Our Challengers and Our Friends are all helping us to become the TRUTH of who we are, Conscious, Whole, Loving, Divine Beings, through helping us to see all those pieces inside us that need our love and acceptance, and we help them to see this in themselves too!

No matter how much pain or heartbreak you have endured, please keep shining your love on yourself and all you come into contact with.  The pain takes us to the places within that we need to hold and love, those parts in us that we need to tell them how amazing we think they are, how grateful we are for all they have done for us, and that they no longer need to wear those masks of pain, that they are free to be the LOVE they truly are.  Because all aspects and energies within only want to be LOVED for what and who they are, to know they don't need to be anything else but what they are, to be loved by us.  
As we do this, and the tears flow and the healing shows,
 we feel our heart stretch open even more!
Don't limit the power in your heart to create a life worthy of your greatest dreams- don't limit your love and capacity for joy, don't limit yourself!

Real Man Defined.

The other day a friend posted an ad from the 1950's selling Ironized Yeast, with a message to skinny women that they had no sex appeal, and so needed their product to put on weight and get men's attention.  The post was just showing how tastes have changed in what society's aesthetic ideal is today from then.  Someone responded to her post with a comment: "Real men like women with curves."

Instantly the stupidity of the statement rang clear in my head, and a "Are you for REAL?" 

I'm NOT saying the one who uttered it is stupid (I'm sure he is a wonderful person), but rather the 'idea' is stupid.  To me it's like saying, "Only REAL Americans support war" - a sentiment I am sure certain factions of government and business would love us to believe, but which hardly encapsulates nor defines a real american.  If you choose to subscribe to that kind of limiting nonsense, then by all means go right ahead.   But I'd venture to say there'd be lines of men who did not match your definition, who'd be happy to take issue and prove the "REALNESS" of their manhood.  

This lead me to ponder the real or authentic versus the fake and phony when it comes to men.  
This is what I came up with:    

A REAL man isn't defined by what he likes, but by what he does with his energy.  Not by his preferences, but by his presence.  Not by his job, but by his character.  Not by his muscles, but by the quality of his mind and thoughts.  Not by his car, but by his choices.  Not by his home, but by his honor.  Not by his degree or intelligence and education, but by his integrity and intentions.  Not by his money, but by his capacity to support and protect those things and people he cares for, and that includes himself.   

A real man not only thinks and does, but he loves and nurtures, supports and protects.  He dreams and laughs and cries(or maybe just tears up when the emotions move him to do so- when he needs that kind of release).  He builds others up instead of tearing them down.  He stands up for what his mind and heart thinks and feels and believes is right.  He values and appreciates and is grateful for all he is and all he gets to share and receive.  He expresses himself in ways that feel right and good for him.  He makes mistakes and owns up to them.  He apologizes when he's wrong.  He tries to do his best, and help others do their best.  He's not perfect, but he's got heart and spirit and soul.  He creates and he builds.  He contemplates things that interest him and explores them.  He feels fear sometimes, but he knows that he can connect to the courage within, his well of reserve and fortitude to conquer that which frightens or tries to limit his power or the power of others.  He uses his power wisely and in balance, never stealing from others.  He takes risks, but of course he thinks BEFORE he acts!   He knows who he is, and if he doesn't always, then he's willing to seek and learn and live and love and lose and let go and grow!  

And when he's gotten too cozy, for too long on his couch or in his life, he stretches himself, and sets off to explore new fields of thought and expression, pushing his boundaries, expanding and evolving.  

A Real man is the Divine Masculine Embodied, and so the strength of the man is not in his arm or leg muscles, but another more important muscle- his heart.   A real man is one who is connected to the feminine energy within him, and through this connection he's tied into the energy of unconditional love and acceptance, the source of his inspiration and excellence, of the infinite potential he and his world contain- to all the magic and wonder that is possible. 

If you are a man,  whether you are short or tall, big or small, thin or overweight, with a head full of hair or none at all, regardless of your color, nationality, religion, sexual preference, education level, socioeconomic status, a real man exists within you.  No matter how many false masks you carry with you, nor how many wounds, negativity or prejudices weigh you down, you have the ability to access this larger part of yourself should you CHOOSE to.  You have the ability to shed that which limits your greatness, your power and your brilliance.   To live as real as you can, you need to have all your Bodies connected: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.  

 *Men or Women can do the following:

1. Get into your body- Exercise and move it!  Thank it for helping you to experience the world.  Apologize to it for mistreating it.  Intend to take better care of it, drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables and whole grains, good fats, probiotics, fermented foods and beverages (for better digestion).  It doesn't mean you can't still eat the junk food, but do so in balance- the more live, high energy foods you consume the more alive your body will feel!  Get massages or energy work. Ask your body what it wants to be healthy, and listen to it! It knows how to be healthy, to heal and regenerate itself- It is amazingly powerful, if you work with it, not against it.   

2. Connect your body to the planet, pull in the earth energy (Body's bare skin contact with the earth: feet/hands on the ground, grass, sand, dirt, in lakes, oceans, streams, touching trees, plants, rocks,etc).  This is really important because we are surrounded by electrical energy (technology, computers, radio waves, video games, etc), and all of that is MASCULINE ENERGY- Whether we are male or female, we NEED to BALANCE it with the FEMININE EARTH ENERGY to insure the health of our bodies.   

            Imbalance = DISEASE!               Balance = EASE (fluid flow of energy)!

3. Connect your physical body (base of your spine) to your creative energy (sacred sex space) and your power center (belly button area).  Breathe in the energy from the Universe through your nose, take it deep into your belly- circulate the energy, moving the old energy out of your space, and giving more space for the new to be born within you.  

4. Now bring in your heart center (emotional space), connecting it to your lower self (belly button).

5. Connect your heart to your throat center (your power of communication, where you speak your truth from)

6. Next link your throat to your Intuitive Center (3rd eye area and your Crown- top of the head).

Your higher self contacts you through the top of your head, sending you guidance and information, and it is through your 3rd Eye area that this information is TRANSLATED.  How it comes through depends on how your individual psychic gifts express themselves.  And YES, you do have psychic gifts, even if you haven't yet experienced them, or are scared of the thought of that- Please don't be afraid.  Just as you have unique talents and abilities, so too do you have spiritual gifts.  It is these gifts which can help you maneuver more effectively through life.  They are not meant to be a source of embarrassment or pain, they are part of our STRENGTHS, regardless of our sex.     

Give yourself permission to explore what makes you happy, how you can use your gifts and talents and energy to add to the planet, and to the lives of others.  Have fun! Laugh, Don't take yourself or life too seriously, and yet always have reverence and respect for all of life, yourself and others.

Take care with your thoughts and words- the ones you speak to others and the ones you speak to yourself (both silently and aloud).  

Be YOU and all that that entails- your mind, your body, your soul (emotions) and your spirit.  

Preferences shift, styles change, bodies age,  but what remains is the character of the individual, the quality of your particular energetic vibration, the potent energy of the soul, the love in the heart, the laughter and joy in the being.

In reality, ANYONE who is in a masculine body is a REAL MAN, the question however is, Is he REALLY being ALL he can be?  That is up to him to decide.  For me, I am grateful for all the men out there, the authentic and otherwise- for I see how great they can be, and KNOW their beauty and power, and only wish that they see and know and use it too!! 

And if they don't, that's okay, we REALLY do have plenty of time and space

to play

and explore 

and evolve!

ABUNDANCE RITUAL

ABUNDANCE RITUAL

* Note: If you feel uncomfortable doing the ritual, at the very least, complete STEPS 1 and 14.  The ritual is designed to clear old, limiting energy, and make room, as well as invite greater abundance into your life.   As with anything, the more you put in, the more you get out.  Trust your inner wisdom on which way to go with it.  And most important, have fun with it!   Peace and Blessings! 

Step 1:  Collect 8  $1 bills with the # 7 and the letter G stamp on it - Printed in The Bank of Chicago Illinois Federal Reserve (you'll see the #7 printed 4 times on the front of the bill, two on the right and two on the left directly above, below and across from each other) 

Go through your wallet, check your change when you buy things.  Put them aside until you have all 8.   (Don't spend them!)

Once you have collected your 8th bill, it is time for the ritual.

Step 2:  Gather what you will need:

1. A small table, altar or space you can sit or kneel in front of (you can use a chair or stool to sit on)          (SPACE/SKY)

2. A small bowl of Water (enough to soak your fingertips in)         (WATER)

3. Sea Salt - a small plate with a few pinches of Sea Salt on it         (EARTH)

4. A white candle- can be a tea light candle, and lighter or matches  

      to light the candle     (FIRE)

5. Your breath                   (AIR)

Step 3:  Place everything you need on the table:  

plate of Sea Salt, lighter/matches, The Bowl of Water in the center,  

The pile of $1 bills to the right of the bowl, and the Candle to the left of the bowl.

Step 4:  Sit down in front of the Bowl  (you can wear something green, the color of abundance- though it is not necessary)

Step 5:  Light the Candle

Step 6:  Sprinkle or place a pinch of Sea Salt on top of the $1 pile (on top of George Washington works!- This will remove the negative energy from the money).   Put the remaining Salt into the Water Bowl.

Step 7:  Take 3 Deep Breaths into your belly and Release fully.

Step 8:  Pick-up the pile of money and dump the salt back on the plate

Step 9:  Hold the money in both hands, with your palms opened flat in front of you,  Say silently or aloud:

  " I COME TO THIS SPACE TO OFFER MY SINCERE GRATITUDE TO THE UNIVERSE FOR BRINGING ME THIS MONEY."

Step 10:  Now holding the money in your RIGHT hand,  Place your LEFT hand/fingertips into the bowl of Salt Water and say:

    "I CALL IN THE UNIVERSAL FORCES-WATER, FIRE, WIND, SKY & EARTH TO ASSIST.   I INTEND  TO CLEAR ALL CASH  KARMA, AND SHADOW OR LIMITING BELIEFS THAT ANY PART OF ME CARRIES 

AROUND MONEY, WEALTH AND PROSPERITY;

BREAKING ALL VOWS OF POVERTY, DEBT OR LIMITATION." 

Step 11:  Blow on the money.

Step 12:  Say:  "I THANK THE UNIVERSE FOR BLESSING ME WITH ABUNDANCE AND WEALTH.   I AM OPENING MYSELF TO RECEIVE THE GIFTS MEANT FOR ME, KNOWING THAT I AM WORTHY, WEALTH IS POSSIBLE, AND I ALLOW MYSELF TO HAVE IT.  THANK YOU. "  

*Feel free to add your own words or prayer as well.  

Step 13:  Blow the Candle out.  Leave the dollars on the altar/table overnight.  Dispose of Salt plate and Water bowl. 

Step 14:  Starting the next day, find 8 people to participate in the Abundance Ritual by gifting ONE of Your 8 $1 bills to each person, along with the instructions.   (Try to do this within the week, because it will activate your abundance once all bills are out circulating with the next group.  This act of donating/moving the money energy out, signals to the Universe that you are committed to Abundance, and KNOW more is coming.  

You are adding that positive energy to the world- Go you!!! 

And BONUS, You get what you give!! Yay!)

Deconstructing The Creation Story: The Adam, Lilith and Eve Triangle: It’s Lingering Effect on Humanity Today, And How We Are to Heal.

I offer a different perspective on an age-old Saga; a new take on an archetypal story that has been grossly misinterpreted, re-edited (if not parts completely deleted) and clumsily re-told by individuals attempting to manipulate and control the field for centuries (no judgment on that, as all was perfect).  If the words create agitation within you- great! Breathe in and out! Take in only what rings true for you, never accept something unless it feels good in your heart.  And if you experience some A-ha moments or wow, that’s a different way to look at it, or I can see some of it being the case, or that feels right, that does not- then Great! 

Words are words.  The meaning in the words is what YOU give it.  This is my Soul’s experience- My Truth.  It makes me smile and laugh; It makes me see how truly amazing this entire HUMAN Experiment is- how perfect everything was, is and will be- all of it, the muck and the magic. We talk of myths as though they're mere stories that were created to help humans make sense of their experiences, which in some way is true.   But all these myths, like the stories of your life, are very real in certain dimensions and in various points across the space-time continuum.  These Beings and their stories existed prior to the creation of this current age in this universe, and some of them occurred in the very same spaces you walk through now- doesn’t that make you feel special?  It should! (Because you ARE!)  Enjoy!  Within the Story of this Universe and CREATION, there are layers upon layers and stories within stories, layered on top of even more stories, interwoven and connected by threads so vast only a mind of Divine Perception could attempt to grasp the complex intricacy of Design.  To The Source Energy, from which ALL arises, I say thank you, and to ALL of the artist-Souls that have weaved their stories throughout the space-time continuum into what is the fabric of our shared experience, I say thank you! Good or Bad, it ALL serves ONE!

Act I: Boy meets Girl (after they were "created" for each other) and they live happily ever after....

EXCEPT, Boy after being told by his Creator that he is in charge of everything in the garden, mistakenly thinks that includes Girl.  Girl thinks Boy is kind of a putz and refuses to be dominated by him.  Boy NOT happy, screams and fusses. Girl annoyed and over it, too smart to fight, takes flight (literally).  Boy now very ANGRY and LONELY, screams and fusses some more, growing louder and louder- Animals miserable, Oy vey!

In fly the Angels from Stage Right - hearing Boy's story, as he demands they drag Girl back to him (very caveman-like!). Angels fly to Girl, begging her to return with them.  She adamantly refuses, claiming her equality with Boy. Some threats are made, new roles assumed by Girl.  Angels fretting, Boy now mad and sad.  God (pretending like THIS wasn’t meant to happen- wink wink): Oh no! Now what to do?  LIGHTBULB!  Create new Girl, from the feminine aspect of Boy- Yes, each being is made of both feminine and masculine energy (create her from his left rib- left side is the feminine/mother side, right side is masculine/father).  Now she can’t say she’s his equal, since she came from him- (HIGHFIVES all around), Good thinking! (Wink, wink)

Boy meets New Girl, New Girl much more accommodating, as she came from him, she loves him in a selfless, nurturing way.  Boy much happier.  Boy and Girl now live happily ever after.  EXCEPT…

* In the creation story, Adam and Lilith were created from the Dust of the Earth.  Then Eve was created from Adam. The pair (feminine and masculine aspects) makes up the yin and the yang (complementary opposite and equal qualities, which are bound together as parts of a mutual whole, where the interaction of the two give birth to things, and continuously transform into each other.).  Lilith and Eve represent two aspects of the Feminine.  In duality one quality exists and so too does its polar opposite.  Day/light comes first, followed by night/shadow.  With the day/light representing the known, seen aspect, and the night/shadow being the mysterious, hidden energy.  With the move into duality in this Universe, the newly created breed of Human Souls were given the opportunity to explore and experience the vastness of their Beings, just like the Souls that had come before (from other Star Systems/Universes).

Goddess/God:  The Beautiful Creators in charge of this Lovely Universe and the very beautiful planet you are currently hurtling through space on: Earth!   *Otherwise known as Sophia/Lilith and Yahweh/Jehovah –YHVH)

GODDESS/GOD:  Original Creator, SOURCE, the one energy where ALL energy comes from.  In the beginning there was ONE and IT desired to Experience Itself, and so It Breathed Out and the Light dispersed from One to Many (like how light is refracted through a prism), giving birth to the beginning of Creation.  G.O.D. Energy = Great One Divine Energy.

In religious texts when it speaks of the creation of the world, it mentions God created the Earth in 6 days and rested on the 7^th, keep in mind, physical time on this Earth is longer than time is to Goddess/God or those in the higher dimensions.  Six days in the higher dimensions translates to a MUCH longer time in the lower dimensions.  Look at the color spectrum of the Rainbow, violet is the highest on the spectrum and it vibrates at a very fast rate.  As you move down the spectrum the vibration decreases in speed, with red being the lowest on the spectrum and vibrating at a slower, denser rate.

This Universe and the Earth, after its creation with the Big Bang, was evolving for a long time and there were Souls here incarnating on the planet up through the evolutionary stages- first from other Universes throughout the various World Ages and then after the addition of the new-soul batch, beginning with the Adam/Eve Human-god soul, more souls were added to the mix, allowing for more physical bodies to be created, and with that more stories.   With the rise of this past Age, a new paradigm was created, one where the masculine aspect would come into dominance over the feminine.   Heaven or the Totality is Infinite, constantly expanding and shifting and EVOLVING, playing with the myriad of emotions, expressions, and experiences available.  This new paradigm allowed us all to play with a new series of life experiences in this Universe and on this planet, experiences that had played out on other planets and in other dimensions prior to this time. 

Prior to the beginning of this current Age, the Feminine Goddess aspect exited stage left, agreeing to watch from behind curtains, so that the God Aspect could move into the dominant space.   Like a good girl, sharing the space and her toys, sacrificing Her energy and space, all so that we could play with the masculine dominance over the feminine.  Seeded in our Soul’s cellular memory is the knowledge of the Feminine/Goddess as Source.   Greed for and fearing the power the feminine contains, a natural desire arose to dominate, control and manipulate the Feminine energy to serve the Masculine and its needs.  Using power without the balance of love, the shadows rose up of the aggressive, abusive masculine and the dominated, abused feminine.    * Make no mistake, we ALL agreed to play out these themes and all the traumas, atrocities, wounds and tragedies we could inflict upon each other, within this paradigm.   

From the Beginning of Creation, from the very first Out Breath from Original Creator: SOURCE, things have ALWAYS been created in Pairs, representing the Feminine and Masculine aspects- mirroring Source.  Following the macrocosmic pattern that has existed since the very beginning of Creation, The Goddess/God Creators in charge of this Universe would have made Their human-gods as a Twin Flame pair consisting of both a Feminine/Masculine Being and a Masculine/Feminine Being - from the SAME substance.  The Masculine force being the Active, Retriever aspect and the Feminine being the Magnetic, Attractor aspect. 

In the beginning of this last Age, the Goddess/God Pair of this Universe and planet Earth, sent forth some of Their Light Essence, and created Adam and his feminine counterpart Eve (stored hidden within him).    However, in order to set up the perfect conditions for this 26,000+ year drama, Sophia/Lilith (The Goddess of This Universe) first gave birth to Herself in physical form as Lilith, and then to Adam.  Lilith was to play the judgmental, un-cooperative “Partner”, and Eden was no paradise for the poor Adam with this matching (nor was it meant to be). 

Lilith held the energy for the strong, willful, fierce, independent Female.   In the light aspect, She represented feminine beauty, freedom, independence, personal boundaries, sexual pride, and self-control of body, mind and spirit.  She was the personification of female sexuality- the willful woman who expected to be pleased and not just exist for the pleasure of man.  In Her agreement with Her Twin Flame Yahweh, part of Her role was to become the Shadow Feminine: judgmental, dangerous, ferocious, destructive, defensive, filled with resentment and an inner rage- refusing to compromise herself or her desires/beliefs/body, not afraid to go against authority, instead following her own inner authority.   She was meant to mate with those holding the Field for the Shadow Energies (Samael/Satan, Lucifer, etc.), giving birth to the demons, which were those entities that would hold the space for the Shadow Emotions and Energies- all so that we could play with Duality in this Universe! 

Then you have Eve, the nurturing, motherly, accommodating feminine aspect, a bit aloof and airy/flighty, with a natural naïveté, more domestic and service oriented.  She was meant to be his partner and support Adam, instead of oppose him like Lilith.  She was the compassionate love nature, who sacrificed (by eating the fruit) so that the fallen from other Star Systems could come onto this planet, and the Earth could continue its dance with duality. 

 

Act II. Cut to Adam, post-Eve creation, who’s happily tending his Garden Kingdom, while the lovely Eve is out wandering about the greenery.

Duality enters into this “perfect” scenario.  In creeps a snake (Poor snakes get a bad rap.  In the language of totem animals, snakes represent eternity, wisdom and cosmic consciousness, powerful transformation and healing.  It means your creative forces are awakening, and your intuition is sharpened.  It signifies transitions in life, new opportunities or changes.  It is fire medicine, which means transmutation - transmuting duality from one end of the pole to the other (ignorance to knowledge in this case).

What does this snake want?  To eat the beautiful Eve?  No, merely to offer her a chance to expand herself- to be a god (which by the way, is what she was created to be anyway) and eat from the forbidden Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil- The Tree of DUALITY!!  The Fruit represented wisdom, awareness and knowledge.  And if you think that that wasn't the plan from the beginning of this wonderful experiment of God, you would be mis-informed and mistaken.  This was a Universe, governed by duality, and that had been playing with duality prior to the creation of the new human-god souls, and they too were meant to traverse that path.   As with all of Creation, every planet and being has its evolutionary plan.  Though there is more to the story, we’ll say that Earth started out as a very dense, 5^th dimensional physical experience for Star Beings (Highly evolved and newly-created Souls from other Universes) where they could come in to the space and join with the animal beings that were hanging out on the planet, to experience physicality.  The longer they stayed inside the animals, the more the energies mixed, until some chose to be born onto the planet as the animals (exploring and learning lessons in different life forms).  Natural evolution occurred up through animals to the hominid creatures and human’s ancestors.  The genus Homos and Neanderthals and other hominids, carried the Souls through their respective Earth experiences from 5^th dimensional existence to 3^rd dimensional existence (in the Great Fall).       

Pre-Adam/Lilith/Eve creation, the energy of competition for power and control, and the masculine and feminine resenting and manipulating each other, existed in the Earth Experience because of the Galactic Drama that was taking place.  And yes, the Earth was an experience prior to the creation of the Love triangle and the masculine

resenting/dominating/fearing the feminine.  In TRUTH, everything comes from the MOTHER SOURCE, including the FATHER, and the pair of energies co-creates in harmony and love; But in keeping with the theme of this portion of OUR shared story, the feminine (Lilith/Eve) and masculine (Adam) were created to clash so that this planet could continue to play with The Dualistic Tug-of-War between the Masculine and the Feminine.  All of this arose from the juvenile aspect of God (Jehovah) in His conflict with the Parents (His Creators: Mother-Father GOD –in individuated forms: Mother Sekhmet and Lord Alcyone).  It was a natural expression as the Son (Yahweh/Jehovah) tried to understand and define Himself, first by doubting whether he was created as good as the Father/Mother and then trying to separate from the Mother/Feminine- getting rid of the Mother and Beloved Partner.   Sophia/Lilith agreed to play the Shadow Part for this story to unfold.   This clash set up the energies for all kinds of abuses, traumas, abandonment and betrayals, perpetrated on both sides against the other.   It set up the Battle of the Sexes, which mirrored the Battle between Heaven and Hell, or Light and Shadow, Good and Evil, Love and Fear, i.e. Duality.  All so that we could eventually right all the wrongs- learning from the shadow aspects and experiences, and once more return to the Light within, healed, integrated and appreciating, respecting and loving our masculine and feminine selves.  Realizing that divided we fall, but united, gives rise to the most powerful creations of ALL!    

The feminine is always doing the ACTIVE creation work.  It is the energy that is un-manifest, pure being, and it magnetizes what it needs to it, the masculine, which is the energy that then gives form to the creations; Providing the inspiration for the CREATION, so that the masculine can then build it.   And so, in this scenario, the feminine was set up as the wild, destructive, unpredictable force.  As Lilith, she refused and abandoned the masculine, and then the nurturing, accommodative aspect of Eve, who came from Adam's rib (the feminine aspect in himself) being the feminine receptive aspect, was created to receive the temptation to expand.  Eve personified the feminine intuition, the innate knowing that something more existed outside of the small world they knew.  

The feminine is all about pushing the boundaries, expanding into larger and new terrain.  Think Lilith, Eve, Pandora, Psyche and her sisters (*refer to Greek/Roman Mythology)- The curiosity, the knowing that there's more to see, and the courage or craziness to leave the relationship that wasn't working, to eat the fruit, to open that box, to look into the monster's face, to know the truth.  You think of men as the explorers (in history), but I'd go as far to say, that it is the feminine within them that propels them forward to seek new vistas, an expansion of themselves and the world around them.  A hunger to be all that they can be, to merge with the infinite, to nurture the other, the self and the world, to give birth to new conditions and experiences- to CREATE. 

Combine the intuitive knowing that more exists, the desire to create and expand, with the masculine will to act, explore and conquer new terrain, and you have the perfect combination- the pairing of energies to bring about the growth of the individual, couple, groups, countries, world, Universe, and Galaxy.

I’d also like to point out that it’s yin and yang, not yang and yin.  The feminine comes first.  The masculine draws its existence and power from the feminine –all human beings are born from a mother’s womb.  Lilith HAD to be the first to leave.  Eve HAD to be the first to eat the apple.  The Feminine Attracts, The Masculine Acts.  The Feminine Knows, The Masculine Goes.   One aspect is not better than the other because one cannot exist without the other; both aspects operate mutually as interdependent forces.  All Beings consist of both feminine and masculine energies, and it is the combination of these energies that create ALL of our Experiences.

The Goddess/God Dynamic:

In any body, Feminine (Goddess) is the left side and Masculine (God) is the right side; and both are meant to work together so that the being can function properly.  In the human brain, the right hemisphere (Intuitive, creative, emotional- feminine aspects) controls the left side of the body, and the left hemisphere (Logical, rational, analytical- masculine aspects) the right side of the body.   The Feminine comes first; it is the Source from which all things arise.   All things are born from the Mother.  (Fe)Male    Fe precedes the “male”.  The masculine gets its power from the feminine.  This does NOT mean that one sex is better than the other.  Think of each as one half of a circle.  Without the other half, the circle would be incomplete.  The Feminine provides the potential and the masculine provides the substance and the form.

In the Periodic Table (a display of the known 118 chemical elements) Fe is iron.  Iron is the most common element in the planet Earth (a feminine planet: Mother Earth), and a very important part of biology in the human body, transporting oxygen (the breath of life) through the blood (hemoglobin) and muscle tissues (myoglobin).  It aids in immune function, cognitive development, temperature regulation, energy metabolism, and work performance.  90 % of iron in the body is conserved and reused every day, with the remaining 10 % being excreted, and needing to be replenished through diet, lest deficiency occur.   Combining it with the 15^th most common element in the Earth’s crust and the chemical basis for all known life, Carbon, you produce steel, which is up to 1000 times harder than pure iron.  This is symbolic of the masculine working cooperatively with the feminine, resulting in the creation being infinitely stronger and more complete.

In the Masculine Paradigm of Power however, (which was how this last age was set up) we tried to dominate feelings, controlling our thoughts and using our force/action to get things done, most times at the expense of feelings and spirit.  Insecurity makes people do silly things.  Because of masculine insecurity, the feminine was forced to deny or hide its power, to be ashamed of its natural strength, all to coddle the wounded masculine identity. 

And why a wounded masculine?  I feel it stems from the Adam Complex, with the initial judgment as being unworthy of her affection and love, and subsequent abandonment by the strong, powerful, willful feminine (Lilith); Followed by a time of bliss with the more nurturing, accommodating, loving, feminine aspect (Eve); Only to have the comfort and leisure of his kingdom ripped out from beneath him due to the inherent feminine temptation for expansion; Resulting in a forced exile from his garden oasis into a harsh, unknown world, where he’d be forced to work the land for his survival.  Can you see where a natural resentment of the feminine might arise in a juvenile soul (which was only mirroring the juvenile aspect of the God (Jehovah), which created it)?  One aspect of the feminine (Lilith, who happened to be Adam’s Mother/Creator, unbeknownst to him) rejected him, making him feel inadequate, and the other (Eve, who came from him) betrayed him with her choice to heed the natural desire and curiosity for expansion- she ate the fruit.   Poor Adam!

The Witch Hunts and similar experiences arose when those who were not connected to Source in that way, feared those (usually women who used their natural intuitive powers and knowledge of healing with herbs and thought) who possessed that powerful connection.  They feared that they would use their power against them.   What we fear, we try to dominate, overpower or destroy. 

To fully express the shadow side of the masculine dominance over the feminine, the feminine had to move into a submissive, inferior position- and the weaker sex myth arose. 

The masculine with the inherent knowledge of the feminine as Source, and the underlying fear of the feminine power, as well as the wounds created by Lilith’s abandonment and Eve’s betrayal, fresh in the blueprint of this Age, had to use what it had in its toolbox to dominate:

·      Action/Strength/Power- overpowering others through fear, controlling others through force and scare tactics

·      Abuse and misuse of that strength and power, complete with all the karmic consequences.

·      Taking what it wanted with no regard for the other’s feelings, personal boundaries and sacred space.

The disconnect/separation from Source, the thought that We WERE the power instead of a channel for the power, Separation between the different aspects of self, between our self and others and environment/nature, allowed us to use our power against the other, stealing or taking through blatant force or subtle manipulation and coercion, others’ energy, power, belongings, resources, etc.; All done so we could increase our personal reservoir of power, belongings, money, or energy, and creating a tangled web of karma that would need to be re-balanced at some point. 

In being created by Source as separate threads of the ONE Energy, separate ‘identities’, the individuation we went through was a natural process.   We had to withdraw from Source, separating the different parts of ourselves and from each other, then separate from the power, think we were the power, and use/abuse said power against self and other, deal with the consequences of those choices and actions (karma), grow in awareness of self-responsibility for thoughts, words, and actions/deeds, then begin to heal the wounded aspects through acceptance, forgiveness and love, integrating the various pieces of our selves.   Although everything was perfect, including the imperfections, struggles and pain, it was in the re-connection to the divine Source, that would bring in the energy, which would heal, nourish and guide us in the perfect co-creation of our life experience, and once again return us fully integrated and balanced in our feminine and masculine energies.  

Each aspect can only attain its potential when both are working together cooperatively.  In balanced relationships and individuals, the masculine and feminine are equal, one aspect/person neither dominates nor represses/oppresses the other.  Now, there are moments or situations where one aspect is more easily able to accomplish some task, and there is also a reciprocal give and take of energy between both aspects.  The feminine would provide the inspiration and then step aside and let the masculine run the energy and accomplish the task- and vice versa.

Whether we are females or males on this planet (in this particular lifetime), we are all riding the waves of evolution, dealing with the same themes, emotions, weaknesses and strengths, diseases and imbalances, all eventually leading to total integration, resulting in the realization of our perfect health and wholeness.  Thankfully we have reached a point in the evolution of the planet, with this particular age ending, where we find it is time to heal the masculine-feminine relationship rift, and all of the wounds of abandonment, betrayal, and mis-use of power, set up so perfectly in the Adam-Lilith-Eve Triangle.  But we must drop ego and attachment to control, dominance and superiority, as well as resentment, anger and judgment, and come at life with the intention to co-create what is best for the greater good (which includes the planet, humans and all beings on the planet).  We must also accept responsibility for all of our energies and experiences.  As we re-balance and clear the karmic scales, healing the wounds of masculine against feminine, and the feminine against the masculine, through awareness, acceptance, forgiveness and love, we are awakening to the proper use and power of our masculine and feminine energies, and the tremendous potential which arises through the cooperative union of the two energies.

As awful as the actions or expressions of energy, others, or ours may have been, there is no need for us to judge.  Each action took us to the next step along our path.  And the path always was meant to lead us right back home again, where we could see how perfect, whole and complete we have always been!  Even though it may have been super messy along the way, the mess was meant to give us all something to do, spaces and energies to explore and play with, and was always intended to be cleaned up at some point, to reveal the TRUE Beauty of Love that is EVERYONE’S Core Essence.

Thank you all for Playing! It has certainly been one hell of a ride and the fun’s just getting started!  Now, let’s build Heaven on Earth, and be all that we were meant to BE!  

But how do we start?  Well, each man and woman who feels guided to, can begin to make peace with all aspects of the self: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, accepting every possible experience that occurred, could have occurred or can occur, forgive self and the other, and release, heal and integrate with love all of these aspects, making it unnecessary to play them out any further.  Healing the masculine and feminine within each individual is the best place to start.  And the easiest way to get started is to be present with your life experiences in this moment now.  This includes whatever is going on around you with people in your life, or the world at large.  Whatever you see in another, whether it is a weakness or strength, is because that very same energy exists within you.  But there need be no judgment, just become conscious of it, and claim the energy for your own (because unless you own it, you have no control over it, it controls you).  In claiming it, you accept it, and accept responsibility for the aspect within you, which created it.  From there we look upon ourselves and all of our actions/experiences in this lifetime, looking for any patterns that may be playing out, and gleaning the lessons inherent in each, which are connected to the particular dualistic energies within us.  Use what is in front of you, letting go of judgment, blame, shame, guilt, anger, etc.  Accept it, Own it, LOVE it unconditionally!  You are a Divine Being having a human experience, and you are made up of BOTH feminine and masculine energies and light and shadow aspects.  In TRUTH, we are only LOVE, but within the duality model, we sometimes chose to express energies (thoughts, beliefs, actions) that vibrated on the lower Shadow levels, committing negative acts against each other and our selves.  We sometimes betrayed, abandoned, judged, disappointed, hurt, destroyed, manipulated, deceived, tormented, or killed our selves and others.  However, nothing need be viewed as good or bad though, it simply IS, and there is value and wisdom in it ALL!   Life is about choices, so what do you choose now?  Whom do you choose to be now?    We are all part of this Great Experience, and we all are important within the Expression.  You can choose this moment now to awaken to the Totality of Your Being, to the Feminine Source and the Masculine Force within you.   It matters not whether you are a Male or Female, it is the interplay of these two Beautiful Energies that give rise to every miracle that ever was, is, or will be!  And it is time to release the wounds of the past and step once more into OUR Wholeness.  As the yin, yang energies move from the fractured field, unfolding to become complete within our Being, all because of the choices we make now!

I say this to men and women EVERYWHERE, to Governments EVERYWHERE, to Children EVERYWHERE, when instead of judging, blaming or fighting each other for control, we come into it with the intention to move forward, and the energy and spirit of cooperation and unconditional love and acceptance, and we join forces, men and women, girls and boys, there is NO end to the good we can do, to the miracles we can give birth to and the magic we can make happen.
